Refund Policy

We accept returns or exchanges only for products with manufacturing defects or production errors. Customers must email
Zapzegl0@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving their order, including their order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos. Our team will review the request and, if approved, provide return/exchange instructions. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, and we will cover return shipping for defective items. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once we receive and verify the returned item, with refunds taking up to 14 business days to reflect in accounts.
